Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor shelves full.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, managing operations, staff, and urgent issues.
