Responsibilities

• Support payroll, scheduling, cash office, and supply orders in partnership with the store leadership team
• Plan, communicate and share information with team using company tools following daily/weekly/monthly routines
• Refresh and maintain associate areas and office areas for a safe, engaging environment
• Assist store executive team with orientation and onboarding of new associates
• Execute operational tasks and shortage reduction programs per Kohl's practices
• Monitor training, surveys and audits and ensure timelines are met
• Maintain in-store technology devices (handheld scanners, radios)
• Communicate and guide store technology issues through resolution
• Cross-train across departments as scheduled (salesfloor, POS, operations)
