Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members wow the Customer through personal contact and train on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, service, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staff performance and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
