Job summary

Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor in San Francisco to help lead day-to-day operations, mentor a sales team, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to maintain brand standards, manage staff schedules, and drive sales through service excellence. Availability on weekends and the ability to lift up to 150 lbs are required. This is a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leading a team in retail or customer service.
• 3+ years in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to move boxes and be on your feet for long periods.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager/Associate Store Manager, including opening/closing and safety.
• Lead and advise the sales floor team with a goal‑driven approach.
• Promote ownership, continuous improvement, and goal achievement.
• Maintain training standards on product and systems.
• Find ways to improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Ensure product and promotion schedules align with Casper HQ initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, inform on shortages, assist with cycle counts.
• Contribute to creating unique, optimal retail experiences.
• Be a ambassador of Casper values and mission with customers and team.
