Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet productivity targets.
• Supervise daily store operations, floor coverage, and opening/closing procedures.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory integrity, and product replenishment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; uphold brand standards.
