Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach associates, model selling behaviors, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster inclusion, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma preferred, 1+ year of retail leadership required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the store leadership team by achieving sales goals and maintaining standards.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and stock flow.
• Foster an inclusive, positive store environment that drives profitability.
• Provide ongoing feedback, training and development to team members.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
