Vans is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability while fostering an inclusive team culture in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior leadership experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and maintain store standards.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and stockroom tasks.
• Ensure merchandising is aligned with brand directives and inventory flows smoothly.
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and onboarding for new team members.
• Promote an inclusive, positive store environment and community engagement.
