Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability while fostering an inclusive team culture. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and tasks.
• Assist in stockroom operations, shipments, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members with feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
