Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Monitor performance against sales goals and KPIs; drive results with the team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment.
• Support stockroom operations, shipments, and inventory integrity.
• Foster an inclusive, positive team culture and collaborate with store leadership.
