Job summary

Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations alongside the Store Manager. You will lead by example on the sales floor and cultivate a customer-centric, consultative sales culture.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years leading teams in retail or hospitality, strong leadership, excellent service standards, and superb communication. Expect 40 hours/week, including weekends, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a people leader in retail or hospitality.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to attract and motivate talent.
• Strong service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to build consensus.
• Curious, proactive, and able to solve problems gracefully.
• Financial management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Hours: minimum 40 hours/week, including weekends; may be in-store alone at times.
• Able to move boxes weighing up to 150 lbs and stay on your feet all day.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager/Associate Manager.
• Lead and advise the sales floor team with a goal-driven approach.
• Demonstrate ownership, continuous improvement, and goal achievement.
• Maintain training standards with product and systems expertise.
• Improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate product/promotion schedules with Casper HQ.
• Oversee inventory, inform on levels, assist with cycle counts and replenishment.
• Contribute to reinventing retail through unique, optimal experiences.
• Be an ambassador of Casper values and mission with customers.
