Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory organization, and timely product flow.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity and learning.
