Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Supervisor to support daily operations at our Dash In location on Glasgow Ave. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, uphold food and service standards, and deliver a great guest experience across the store.

This role blends leadership across front-of-house and back-of-house, focusing on staffing, service efficiency, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible for work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or a related environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong guest focus with excellent communication and people skills.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and high-quality foodservice.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations for smooth service, food production, and store standards.
• Train and coach team members on service, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Maintain Dash In brand standards, including cleanliness and guest engagement.
• Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and ensure a fast, friendly experience.
• Monitor store activity and staffing to minimize wait times and maintain service standards.
• Support inventory, ordering, and stock levels across retail and foodservice areas.
• Ensure kitchen and store environments are clean, organized, and safe.
