Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead a high-performing retail team, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager, training associates and optimizing guest interactions.

The role emphasizes multitasking, problem solving, and comfort with POS technology, with opportunities for growth within the Dash In family and Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a customer service or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable using technology, including POS software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to build and train a high-performing retail team.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide tools for outstanding guest experiences.
• Interact with guests and address questions and concerns promptly.
• Support associates to meet guest needs and maintain a 'no wait' experience.
• Monitor customer flow and open registers to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold brand standards for guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operations.
• Communicate ordering and inventory needs to the Guest Experience Manager.
• Complete tasks as directed by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
