Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Supervisor to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations at a Dash In location on Glasgow Ave. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to coach staff, uphold food and service standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year supervisory experience in retail or food service, strong guest focus, and POS proficiency. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible for work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED or ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong guest focus with excellent communication and people skills.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and high-quality foodservice.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations for smooth service and store standards.
• Train and coach team members on service, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Maintain Dash In brand standards including cleanliness and guest engagement.
• Proactively engage with guests, resolve concerns, and ensure a fast, friendly experience.
