Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising and store standards.

Under the Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store's success in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPI.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
