Job summary

Vans, a premier retail brand, is seeking a Supervisors in-store leadership to drive exceptional customer experiences and store performance. The role emphasizes coaching, operations, inventory, and profitable sales outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to mentor associates, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding service while supporting community engagement and inclusivity on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong coaching and development skills for a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and monitoring KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with customers.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage and delegating tasks.
• Assist in stockroom operations, inventory flow, and timely product replenishment.
• Participate in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure alignment with brand directives.
