Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement at a high level.
• Monitor progress against KPIs to achieve sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise opening/closing, floor coverage, and tasks.
• Support stockroom operations and product flow to the floor.
