You will coach and develop associates, ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards, and help maximize profitability in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the store’s leadership team and drive customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, ensure store standards.
• Help maximize store profitability and maintain visual merchandising.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Assist with stockroom operations and inventory control.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
