Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals while monitoring KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Participate in training and onboarding, providing ongoing feedback to the team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
