• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support store leadership and drive sales, merchandising, and store standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Assist in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention practices.
• Foster an inclusive, positive store culture and uphold safety policies.
