Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor in Colorado Springs to join our team. This full-time, benefits-eligible role supports all aspects of store operations and ensures customers receive excellent service and quality in a casual environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2 years in restaurant or service industry; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Production facility operations experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and act as manager in their absence.
• Assist in hiring and training associates; implement development plans.
• Train front and back of house staff.
• Perform administrative tasks such as banking and scheduling.
• Coach staff using Huddles, checklists and evaluations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing to demand.
• Oversee production and sales efficiencies, wait times, yields and quality.
• Ensure sanitation and proper equipment use; stocking and clean-up.
• Ensure FIFO rotation of all FOH/BOH products.
• Handle customer complaints to 100% satisfaction.
• Participate in catering and gifting orders for B2B and catering.
• Lead merchandising transitions and holiday setups.
