Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor in Columbia, SC. This full-time role supports all store operations, delivers excellent service, and upholds quality standards in a casual, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant/service experience and supervisory background, with strong computer skills and the ability to train staff across front and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable
• Prior supervisory experience recommended
• Good understanding of production facility operations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training of all associates and ensure expectations for each position are met.
• Be able to effectively work and train all positions in both the front and back of the house.
• Coaches associates using established processes and tools including Huddles, Observation checklists, and Ham Evaluations.
