Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and act in manager's absence.
• Aid in hiring and training associates; support development plans.
• Train all front and back-of-house positions.
• Handle banking and scheduling tasks.
• Coach staff using standard tools and evaluations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and reporting.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing as needed.
• Monitor production, wait times, and product quality.
• Ensure sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain FIFO rotation of products.
• Handle customer complaints to satisfaction.
• Support catering and B2B orders; assist merchandising.
