Job summary

Whizz operates a new e-bike delivery store in Miami and seeks two Store Supervisors to lead daily operations, inventory, and courier dispatch. You’ll own the store’s safety, organization, and equipment, while coordinating W-2 couriers and optimizing shift coverage on a 3-4 day alternating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and asset management.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working with digital dashboards and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store with a checklist and maintain safety.
• Dispatch and manage couriers; assign shifts and monitor attendance.
• Track bikes, batteries, and parts; conduct regular inventory counts.
• Log damaged bikes and coordinate repairs with the mechanic.
• Support couriers on road/store issues and provide coaching on performance metrics.
