Job summary

Whizz is seeking a hands-on Store Supervisor in Miami to open/close the shop, manage couriers, and oversee bike and battery inventory. You’ll coordinate shifts, monitor performance, and ensure safety and accuracy across equipment and records.

You’ll work an extended 10-hour shift, with alternating 4/3 weeks and every-other weekend. The role includes training, benefits, and bonuses tied to performance, with an emphasis on ownership and independent supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, stock control, audits, asset tracking, or loss prevention.
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability; follow procedures and keep records.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store using a written checklist and keep space clean and safe.
• Check couriers in and out and manage e-bikes, batteries, and spare parts.
• Track inventory and run counts; log damaged bikes and coordinate repairs with the mechanic.
• Disptach and manage couriers: schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and manage on-shift issues.
• Maintain safety, records, and KPI dashboards; turn data into actionable decisions.
