Job summary

Whizz Inc. operates a new e-bike delivery store in Miami. We are hiring two Store Supervisors to lead on-site operations, manage inventory, and dispatch W-2 couriers.

Expect 10-hour shifts (10:00–20:00) with alternating 3- and 4-day weeks and every other weekend off. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in English (Spanish a plus), and pass a background check. You will own the store, ensure safety and cleanliness, supervise couriers, and coordinate with the mechanic for bike readiness.

Qualifications

• Store supervision and leadership experience in a retail or logistics environment.
• Strong inventory management and asset tracking skills.
• Experience dispatching couriers and scheduling shifts.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance.
• Familiarity with safety policies and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store using a checklist and keep it clean and safe.
• Check couriers in/out, issue bikes, and handle returns at shift end.
• Swap/charge batteries and organize battery area.
• Track bikes, batteries, and parts; run regular inventory counts.
• Log damaged bikes and coordinate with mechanics for repairs.
• Support couriers with on-road issues and management escalations.
• Record attendance, no-shows, and hand off notes to the next supervisor.
• Dispatch couriers: build shifts, confirm attendance, and manage gaps.
