Job summary

Whizz Miami is hiring two Store Supervisors to run the new e-bike delivery outlet seven days a week. You are the on-site leader, keeping the store safe, organized, and accountable—owning inventory and equipment and dispatching the W-2 couriers.

Open/close with a checklist, track bikes and batteries, run inventory counts, and coordinate with the mechanic to keep bikes in service. You’ll manage shifts, coach couriers, and report to management in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Available to work weekends and evenings on rotating schedule.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working alone as the only supervisor on shift.
• Organized: can follow a checklist and keep accurate counts.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, stock control, audits, asset tracking, or loss prevention.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store using a written checklist and keep it clean and safe.
• Dispatch and manage couriers; build and confirm shifts and monitor attendance in real time.
• Track bikes, batteries, and spare parts; run regular inventory counts.
• Record damaged bikes and coordinate with the mechanic for repairs.
• Coach couriers on performance metrics and escalate issues when needed.
• Document end-of-shift notes and hand over to the next supervisor.
