Job summary

Whizz in Miami is hiring two Store Supervisors to lead the new e-bike store on site. You’ll oversee daily operations, safekeeping of inventory and equipment, and the dispatch of W-2 couriers, ensuring shifts run smoothly and zones are managed effectively.

fluency in English is essential, Spanish a plus. Expect 10-hour shifts, alternating 3- and 4-day weeks, and weekend rotation between supervisors. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and leadership to supervise couriers.
• Experience with inventory control and shift scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store using a checklist and keep the space clean and safe.
• Dispatch and manage W-2 couriers, assign shifts, and monitor attendance.
• Track bikes, batteries, and spare parts; run regular inventory counts and audits.
• Record attendance, no-shows, and send end-of-shift reports to the next supervisor.
• Oversee inventory ownership, asset accountability, and loss prevention measures.
• Use dashboards to monitor bike uptime, inventory accuracy, and hours worked.
