Whizz Inc in Miami is hiring two Store Supervisors to lead a new e-bike delivery store open 7 days a week. You’ll own the store operations on-site, manage inventory, and dispatch W-2 couriers, ensuring safety and efficiency during 10-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

You will oversee inventory integrity, battery charging, and performance metrics, while coordinating weekend rotations and a fair 3-4 day schedule with alternating weeks. Strong ownership and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Weekend and evening availability on rotating schedule.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work solo as the only supervisor on shift.
• Organized with checklist discipline and accurate record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Open and close store using a checklist; keep space clean and safe.
• Check couriers in/out; hand out e-bikes; receive bikes at shift end.
• Swap and charge batteries; keep battery area organized.
• Track bikes, batteries, and parts; run regular inventory counts.
• Log damaged bikes and coordinate with mechanics for repair.
• Dispatch and manage couriers; build/confirm shift schedules; monitor real-time attendance.
• Coach couriers on performance metrics; escalate issues to management.
• Maintain ownership of inventory, assets, and store safety; ensure procedures and safety standards.
