Job summary

Whizz has opened a new e-bike delivery store in Miami and is hiring two Store Supervisors to run it seven days a week. You’ll be the on-site leader, keeping the store safe, organized, and accountable, owning its inventory and equipment, and dispatching and managing our W-2 delivery couriers.

The store operates roughly 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM with alternating 3- and 4-day weeks, weekends shared, and no overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass a background check.
• On-site supervisor experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store with a checklist and keep space clean and safe.
• Dispatch and manage couriers, set shifts, and monitor real-time attendance.
• Own inventory and equipment, conduct regular counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate bike readiness with the mechanic and perform quality checks.
• Record end-of-shift notes and hand over issues to the next supervisor.
