Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work closely with management to train and develop a high-performing team, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure accurate inventory control. The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to learn store systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store systems.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and retail software.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience per brand values and service standards.
• Help store achieve sales, KPIs and profitability through planning and scheduling.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Manage payroll control and create service-driven schedules.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to management.
• Aim for inventory/shrink goals; participate in counts.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and store operations.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
