Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service retail (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate clearly.
• Strong team player with quick learning ability.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience per brand values and service standards.
• Help achieve or exceed store sales, KPIs, and profitability through planning and scheduling.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling for profitability.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership and manage inventory/shrink goals.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
