Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will lead by example, coach the team, manage cash reconciliation, and support opening and closing the store on a rota basis, while maintaining a fast-paced, premium beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to motivate the sales team and achieve targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
