Timberland seeks a results-driven Supervisor for our Commerce, GA store. You will guide the team, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining store standards and profitability. You will work with store leadership to optimize operations and staff development.

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.

• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity and learning.
