Job summary

Timberland in Georgia is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach associates, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure store standards are met while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication, influencing across levels.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Foster an inclusive store environment encouraging creativity and collaboration.
