Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
• Maintain store recovery and stock to meet brand promises.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Handle cash and ensure checkout accuracy.
• Engage customers and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Voice of Customer surveys and store safety programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
