Job summary

The Michaels team in North Dartmouth, MA is hiring for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a quick, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms while supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be comfortable working nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Maintain a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
