Job summary

Michaels in Bangor, ME is looking for a store team member who can help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience. You’ll participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

In this role you will engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS), and adhere to SOPs to uphold Michaels brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with standard cash handling.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Maintain stock and store recovery to meet brand standards.
• Promote rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
