Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking Break Time Shift Leaders to assist in the management and operations of the Break Time Convenience Store. This role supports store finances, supervision, and paperwork while delivering fast, friendly service to customers.

You will lead shifts, ensure safety and food program compliance, manage banking and inventory, and help coach team members. The position requires 18+ years old, reliable transportation, flexible hours, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, customer service oriented with a fast-paced work style.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn POS and store systems.
• Legal to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day store operations including daily reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep of equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Support merchandising programs, pricing, promotions, and loss prevention efforts.
• Supervise assigned shifts when the manager is away and train new employees.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and ensure proper food handling where applicable.
• Handle cash, lottery, cigarettes and inventory audits; meet sales/expense goals.
