Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service–oriented person in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with transportation to bank.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform math, manage shift reports, and handle cash.
• Ability to learn concepts, use technology, and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide fast, friendly service and support peak hours.
• Assist in store operations: daily reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep of equipment.
• Execute food programs, promote food service and safety, and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence and train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Handle cash, lottery, and inventory audits; work toward sales and expense goals.
• Operate POS systems and store technology; perform shift close and reports.
