Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with transportation to/from bank
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Working with customers — provide excellent customer service and greet all customers, support peak hours, and handle transactions.
• Day-to-day store operations — assist with daily reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, fuel management, and upkeep of the facility and equipment.
• Merchandising and sales — execute marketing programs, pricing, promotions, stocking, and suggestive selling.
• Supervising — assist manager, train new employees, and contribute to performance evaluations as needed; promote food service and safety.
• Communication — maintain timely, professional communication with customers, vendors, employees, and management.
• Financial responsibility — understand store finances, manage cash losses, audits, and inventory controls; meet sales and expense goals.

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent
