Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. You will lead the crew in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise staff, handle customer questions and complaints, price and stock merchandise, and maintain displays per weekly plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain product presentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
