Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service, and manage opening and closing procedures when a manager is away.

In this role you will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, oversee merchandising, pricing and displays, assist customers, and uphold confidentiality while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in daily operations and communicate with management.
• Assist customers and handle questions and complaints, upholding CVS service standards.
• Maintain merchandise, price items, stock shelves and reset displays per planograms.
