CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our CVS/pharmacy location in Massachusetts. The role supports store management, guides staff, and ensures daily operations run smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends with potential overtime. Qualifications include strong communication, supervision skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise store crew, assign and follow up on tasks.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer issues.
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation, sign displays and seasonal rotations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and staff to ensure smooth operations.
