When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, supervise daily tasks, merchandise effectively and maintain patient confidentiality.

The position requires flexibility with early mornings, weekends and overtime, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager.
• Supervise store staff and direct daily activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain stock, pricing, displays and inventory per guidelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
