Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Full Time) to assist the General Manager in leading store staff, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and meeting daily performance targets. The role emphasizes compliance, cash handling, and strong teamwork in a fast-growing retail environment.

This position offers up to 40 hours weekly, with evening/weekend/holiday shifts; compensation is $17.50 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of a key-holding supervisor for opening/closing and basic supervision of staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and store appearance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor inventory and handle patient issues and escalations.
