Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations, delivering great customer service, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures. Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with basic computer literacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to supervise teams.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure open/close procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or issues.
• Support store management in daily operations and staff supervision.
• Assist in merchandising, pricing, stock, and displays as directed.
• Communicate effectively with management and shop floor teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
