Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a focus on customer service. This role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintains a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The position requires deduc­tive and analytical abilities, strong communication, and supervision skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight, and weekend

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is unavailable and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Assist with merchandising, price setting, stock, and display maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
