Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Conversational English to work effectively with customers and team; operating electronic devices and telecommunication tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
