CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence in Texas. When managers are not onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, while promoting a positive shopping experience.

You will supervise crew, supervise daily tasks, assist customers, and help with merchandising and inventory. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to execute tasks.
